Live Solution - Nigongo Master Mobile Dictionary on apple and play store.
The Problem:
This idea came to me when users didn’t see enough reasons to covert to paying users just after the 7 days trial in the web app. This affected the signups for the premium version.
Developing a Solution:
- Grouped users into segments and conducted surveys.
- Led the design and implementation of the mobile app and added CTAs that led users to the web app
- Debugged errors and launched beta testing
- Launched live solution
- Onboarded the first set of users to the live product
