The Japanese learning web app faced challenges due to outdated design, poor user experience, and limited accessibility. This resulted in low engagement, high drop-off rates, and difficulty in navigating courses and resources. A redesign was needed to provide an intuitive, modern interface that enhances user experience, improves accessibility, and boosts learner engagement and retention.
